Who Really Won The Emmys?

The Emmys is one of the most exciting events of the year! All of the hard-working, talented actors and actresses finally get the appreciation they deserve for their roles in distracting us from our daily struggle. But the most important part for me is the style game that comes to the table from all the dapper gentlemen that are in attendance. There were a few fashion fumbles as well as some swervy style moves, but here are the best of the best! 

Honorable Mention: Tituss Burgess

Co-Star of Unbreakable Kimmy Schmidt

I love this emerging actor's courage to throw some less formal elements, like the floral bow tie and pocket square, into the "black-tie" mix. Also flexing his big man style, showing that a tailored suit works with any body type!

2nd Runner-Up: Joe Manganiello

Co-Star of The Sexiest Couple Ever

Clad in a picture perfect peak lapel tux, fitted like an indestructible suit of armor. I think Joe will take 2nd Runner-Up considering he won the Lifetime Arm Candy Award in the form of Sofia Vergara.

1st Runner-Up: Jon Hamm

Co-Star of Mad Men

The big Hamm made this decision very difficult with midnight navy tux of my dreams! He walked away with the most prestigious Outstanding Lead Actor Award and most deservedly so for his role as Don Draper.

2015 Best Dressed: David Oyelowo

Star of Nightingale

Oyelowo is no longer an emerging actor, he is a full fledged star. This is a perfect representation of owning a tux and not letting it wear you. Side note: that pattern is out of this world!
